"Well, the title says it all really. In addition, probably just as well to book as they do not have many tables and are deservedly popular."

A very small restaurant in the heart of the city of Albi. The deal is great and amazing food. These are traditional dishes from the region that are changing according to the season. The best thing is to be advised in the choice of dishes, although there is not much variety. But since it's all right. No problems. Yes, the typical kitchen of this area is all lighter.

On a sunday afternoon welcomed hospitable in this restaurant, somewhat remote from the city centre and the cathedral. We had a tree course french menu and a very good wine with it (also french ofcourse). Everything was delicious and the service was also very good. It was very pleasant inside.
