We refused a portion of uncooked and cold lamb and the attitude was totally out of place, the owner told us that they don't want to rent our sunbeds anymore. The foccacia looks like toast, it doesn't have any oil or garlic (they say they bring it from Italy...so, it's not cooked in the restaurant). The place is more of a beach terrace than a restaurant. The beautiful setting, the view as well.
We are a regular customer for the last ten years and it just gets better! This year they have remodelled and have new beds umbrellas on the beach. The new double bed sun mattresses are lush! The food was excellent. The moule and Wok was excellent. The profiterole to die for! I even tried the chicken burger one day and it was really good! The best beach place gets even better!
Really nice place but really bad cocktail !! Poke bowl with only 8 small parts of fish, vegetables like MacDonald and industrial sauce. Wine and staff ok only. Such a pitty to have this place and to have a so bad food. None COVID protection, no mask for the staff, absolutely nothing !!
i have been coming to Maiva for years and it is always fun and hospitable, food usually very good, we always upgrade to a lit de baldequin for 50 more to make a great day of it. Must Reserve in season, even just to eat. exceptional staff..
