The most friendly and helpful people, despite our French being as limited as their English we had great amusing communication. Which resulted in a delightful yet inexpensive lunch served with style and love. 4 different terrines with cornichons and salad and a sweet chutney followed by beautifully cooked white fish with a beaure blanc and a dessert that was so pretty and included chocolate biscuit with creme pattisiere fresh fruit and apricot sorbet. Real French Cuisine. The Satnav found this one for us in the heart of the countryside not really one tourist trail but they were so welcoming.
