Le Manoir du Soleil d'Or

découvert au detour d'une virée en Normandie,ce petit bijou d'architecture est aussi un rdv obligé pour les amateurs de bonne cuisine.L'accueil y est chaleureux et la carte bien fournieL'ambiance est différente selon la piece où l'on se trouve.La déco change en fonction des salles à manger ( ambiance après guerre ). L'architecture y est mélangée et donne un cachet à l'ensemble du manoir.De plus on peut y dormir car 3 chambres de luxe y sont disponibles si l'on souhaite prolonger la découverte.Bref je me suis agréablement pris au jeu de cet endroit atypique et vous conseille de vous y arrêter si vous voulez sortir des sentiers battus :)

the manor is in a beautiful environment with a beautiful view of the sunset, within the manor was another story. the woman who greeted us did not smile and was not friendly or welcoming, we wondered if we were harassing her by being there. the food was ok, but not excellent, and the starter was packed smoked trout on a hard waffle. the food was in the normally disappointing including deer salate and hard pieces in the apple cake. the meal was too expensive, and the hostess was cold, but the intention was nice.

Oysters Oyyy sters when you got a craving you gotta find the closest yummiest place that serves them fresh and Pappas was it.

This was my only option when both red lobster and Joe's Crab Shack were closed due to hurricane Harvey.
