We went to Aire sur la Lys because of family ties. But had never visited before. We visited on a Sunday and was surprised at the lack of open restaurants, however we espied this one on the way in and gave it a spin. We were informed that we could take our little pooch in with us,so can be classed as dog friendly. I started with escargot my most favourite starter in France, I am far from a food critic but the garlic butter must have been freshly made as the flavour had not permeated the butter and the garlic bit the inside of the mouth, however still enjoyable. My wife had the terrine and was very happy with her choice. I am not going through the whole meal and just to say it was well present...
