welcomed by a beautiful smile, I enter this restaurant a little isolated in this old pavilion: a large room with typical décor and furnishings (murs of tiles, large benches with comfortable cushions, lancinating music of the gnawas). I'm alone, the desert. I'm ordering a grilled couscous, mistake! meats are quite tasteful but obviously warmed - we do not light a wood fire for a customer! - couscous is correct as well as vegetables. in short, to see a day of affluence or party!
the restaurant has changed owners recently, I have returned in time and I can assure you that it was better before, at the reception and the kitchen. The taste of couscous is not the same, it is less good than before. In addition, the former owner was more sympathetic and closer to the customers, and offered a small shot of fig alcohol at the time of paying.Now, the new owner can barely see it, he's going windy.
