we had taken my mother-in-law, recently (as we were) for a intended four-day break in the region Languedoc-Rousillon in frankreich, very close to where we all live. the trip promised to be a catastrophe, because the first hotel we had denied could not. to consecrate a space in the ground floor, yet it had one elevator reasonable enough, as it was an old building. looking for a hotel that was not fully booked in september was difficult. a hotel with decent facilities for disabled almost impossible, although after 4 hours we found a beautiful one. at the end of two days we were exhausted by the search and lifting a heavy wheelchair in and out of the car and decided that we did not get any use...
