There is only one description I can give: pure arrogance. I was there with one other person. That was not good enough for the owner/manager or whatever he was (bald guy). We were not allowed to sit on his terrace. There are 2 terraces and another employee directed us to a table. After a few minutes mini dictator came to us and asked: food or drinks? I responded: both, but he did not want te hear it. He yelled that we were not allowed to sit at that table because it was a 4 persons table although his collegue gave us that table. It was after the lunch rush, more tables were free on both terraces.
Having been 2 times last year on a boys Holliday, I was keen to go again this New Years Holliday with my wife so made a reservation on the internet 2 weeks before unfortunately the restaurant was unaware of our reservation (although I received confirmation by email)but made space for us down stairs they were attentive but the atmosphere really isn't the same and the menu limited. I had a quality stake but the food is nothing like last year. I wonder if it has changed hands.
First of all, a magnificent setting (decoration sought, very good taste), a warm atmosphere around the fireplace. beautiful map, reasonable prices. and most important, the plate: it is very good, well served, generous (center with ceps, intercoast. ... without fault, from dish to dessert! and a very effective service, that you feel working with a beautiful cohesion for a perfect result. Congratulations!
I've been eating it for tens of times. I don't know why I didn't take the time to file a notice before. but concretely. We eat very well, the team is super nice. Even in the middle of a fire, they keep a smile. Orders are coming quickly. I don't know what else to ask. plus their evening map is original with flavors that do not limit themselves to the savoyard dish! Shut your eyes!

from our point of view the best restaurant of beautiful swan (and we all tested that it is excellent from the entrance to the dessert, the very well presented and copied. reception and friendly service, very good value for money. in good time, the large terrace is ideally located for a ski toe arrival, finally finding non-skiers for lunch
Bon restaurant à Belle Plagne. Les plats sont assez basiques mais sont copieux. L'intérieur est assez bruyant cependant. Très pratique si les pistes sont fermées en raison de mauvaise météo. Je recommande.
Très bel accueil, par une equipe adorable et très serviable. Service et cuisine au top. Également au petit soin pour nos deux gros toutou. Je recommande Merci à toute l'équipe. Nous reviendrons
Parfait. Ambiance, service, repas. Des patrons à l'écoute. La boîte chaude, un délice. Servis avec le sourire par deux jeunes filles souriantes et efficaces. À refaire très vite.

Manager threatened a woman because we only wanted to drink not eat! Very unwelcoming and agressive!!
