Bonjour Madame, En effet plusieurs personnes se sont servies plusieurs fois de l'entrée ne serait ce pas la le principe d'un buffet d'entrées à volonté ??? . En ce qui concerne l'organisation, il est vrai que la pluie n'était pas prévue au programme donc le nettoyage des tables et remplacement des assiettes et verres non plus... ça a fait ralentir le service... et tout le monde sait qu'un dimanche à une fête de
