Unacceptable behavior for the profession: this Tuesday, March 30, 2015; the manager left the establishment at 8:30 p.m., after having called our employee to tell him that he was going home without waiting for him. We had made it clear that he would arrive around 8:30 p.m. (so he was 10 minutes late, which is acceptable on a 4:30 journey, given the late afternoon disruptions in Bordeaux). The manager did not want to know anything and just closed the establishment. It was however a reservation in the evening stopover (with the meal therefore); it is highly probable that nothing had been prepared for the meal. YOU CAN'T TRUST THIS ESTABLISHMENT! DO NOT BOOK THERE
Really unpleasant welcome from the manager! Prison guard would suit him better. Too bad for this place that looks really charming.
