Nice organized visit. Our miller guide really loves what he does and tells us passionately about his profession. The mill is beautiful. It was rebuilt in 1997, it is really beautiful. We see the wheat die. We're not touched, we feel. We find real perfumes. Don't forget to go through the store that sells the flour from its production.
