Restaurant not good at all, the entrance was warm, the salmon was very fat and had a funny taste, the dish of my companion had a taste not very fresh. The worst dessert, red fruit mousse, had a week. The very expensive wine. For dessert I told the owner, not even a commercial gesture.
An idyllic and relaxing setting, a trip of taste buds, a kitchen with fresh products, and nice owners! I strongly recommend taking a break at the new mill: We look forward to going back to our next stay in Charente
