We stopped off in Dieppe for lunch on the way back to Calais from Normandy and picked Le Palmier based on the positive reviews they are all true not fancy but a warm and cheerful restaurant with lovely good value food and excellent friendly service we had 3 tagines (vegetarian. Marakesh (meatballs, peas egg) and Chicken and Prunes and Almonds) and one Coscous Royal (Coscous with a side plate of mixed grilled meat) all were great portion sizes are generous too one tagine, a salad and fries would feed 2 for lunch special mention for the lovely waitress who served us strongly recommended
