The manager at this restaurant, Java, was quite possibly the rudest and most arrogant person we have ever come across in dining establishments. When we first sat down, we were rudely told by Java to change to another table, despite the fact that the restaurant was virtually empty. We let this go and proceeded to order with our waiter making it clear that we are strictly vegetarian by religion, and hence, do not eat meat of any kind. When we received our tomato and mozzarella toastie, my parents ate a few bites and were quite surprised by its smoky flavor. My wife and I visited during a wet day in East Paris. We wanted something fresh and tasty for lunch and this restaurant delivered both. The menu is a bit confusing as there is so much choice but I just picked the salad of the day and it was very nice. The restaurant is situated in the Val d'Europe shopping Mall and we sat at one of the tables overlooking the mall so that we could dine and people watch at the same time : Recommended.
Was walking along the mall looking for late lunch and decided to stop by. There were loads of different dishes to choose from and after much deliberation, opted for a tuna and pita bread to share and some salads. They were very tasty, all three dishes! Saw loads of guests having desserts but was too full to try one.. So next time will definitely save a place for desserts!
Staff very professional and helpful, patient and good service. We enjoyed the cozy place and warm environment. The food is healthy, colorful and tasty. The strawberry -orange juice is really good.
