The food was undeniably the best in Quebec, with the duck confit standing out alongside the vibrant and flavorful vegetables grown on site. Each main dish also comes with a starter, and I opted for the octopus with a small surcharge, which was tender and perfectly seasoned. The restaurant offers a complimentary guided tour from the inside, which is highly informative and lasts about 1 hour. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is well-maintained. Unfortunately, in the winter, guests may miss out on the outer beauty of the building as most of the statues, well, and even the garden are covered with snow.

The restaurant has a very beautiful exterior and interior. During the summer, it is adorned with colorful flowers. They offer free guided tours in both French and English, which typically last about an hour. I highly recommend taking advantage of this opportunity.

It's quite challenging to locate the correct entrance after hours. The hall is stunning. The food was mediocre, with the veal being overcooked.
