L'endroit est neuf, moderne, entretenu, la vue du haut de Bellasta vers le Mont Blanc est extra. Quelle surprise de retrouver là une vieille connaissance qui opérait au Calgary. C'est un pro et cela se voit. Certes, les plats ne sont pas donnés mais c'est souvent le cas en altitude. Excellents Diots/frites et Yaourt de brebis aux myrtilles à tomber. Nous reviendrons au prochain séjour, peut-être à pied....
After a beautiful hike in winter and summer, don't miss out on even having a coffee in this charming place. A wonderful view from the lovely hosts home cooked meals. Very nice place and a wonderful culinary discovery. Velvety coral lentils accompanied by a sweet potato cake or red wine sauce, polenta for our table. A wonder for eyes and taste buds!!! The dessert map also seems promising but not tested, we had to resume our hike !!!! The staff is pleasant, competent and the point of view without the same!!!
Was there a change in ownership recently??? We were 2 couples for lunch today 4 July 2023 and the meal that was served was not worthy of a restaurant: infected dots with insipid pasta at the price of 20 € the dish!!! After 1h30 hiking from the Saisies, we joined our children from the slopes, for a terrace meal at Patafan. This establishment promotes local producers and prepares more qualitative dishes than most restaurants. altitude. There's also a vegan dish on the map. To recommend without hesitation.
Une terrasse ensoleillée face au Mont Blanc pour déguster une bonne croziflette avec un rosé chaud original. Le moelleux au noix est bon. Seul bémol, le self service et pas possible de réserver : je préfère payer un peu plus cher et que des jeunes trouvent du travail...
