Passing yesterday to Saint-Valéry-en-Caux I stopped at the Pedro brewery or had already lunched and had been satisfied. Unfortunately, yesterday it wasn't. I ask for a fish chips and the waitress answers me that the dish is not served this day because either saying the cook had to leave in the morning. I then ask for an andouillette that until then was served with old mustard, the waitress confirming it to me. But what disappointment when the dish arrived on the table!... The 'andouillette was warm, bathing in a brown sauce without taste that we were presented as meat sauce, and the fries were barely cooked. Return to the kitchen of the dishes that were then reported by the boss who told us...

Excellent surprise, fish and chips with perfect top sauce, full omelette well baveuse and copier, fresh lettuce hearts with very nice Deco accompaniment.
