Ieri sera siamo stati, con una coppia di amici, a cena al Perroquet, ma purtroppo la nostra visita non si è rivelata per nulla all'altezza di quella dello scorso anno. Una volta a tavola, il maitre di sala ha iniziato a prendere le ordinazioni. Alla richiesta di un "Risotto aux fruits de mer, s'il vous plaît pas trop cuit, car on est italiens", la gentile risposta é stata "Nous sommes Français et on le fait à la Française". Evidentemente la regola d'oro della ristorazione, per cui il cliente ha sempre ragione, é sconosciuta al pari della simpatia. Klassik turistfälla, dyrt för vad man får, presentationen av maten tyder på att man kan leva på att " det kommer nya turister i morgon ". En portion med bara pasta till ett barn, 10 euro, bad om ett par gurkskivor, det hade de inte. 35 euro för en portion med piggvar, smörsås, ratatouille, en klick mos, som är stenhård, känns som den varit plastad å så micrad till å bli varm. Under all kritik. Serveringen hänger inte med, får servera vinet själv... för å få vin till varmrätten.
August 2023: perfect dinner this year again. I recommend the nuts of Saint Jacques and take advantage of them! August 2022: An institution in Juan-les-Pins. Traditional French cuisine of quality, from entry to dessert. Chic restaurant (nappes and white towels). Very pro service. A must for us every year during our holidays in Juan-les-Pins.
Visited before the mad rush of the summer. Varied menu and wine carte, nice location with very pleasant and friendly staff. The food was excellent accompanied by a great selection of wine. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. This restaurant has developed over the years to be know by the locals for good food.

Lovely street level restaurant in the heart of Juan-les-Pin. Very busy place and the staff were understandably rushed off their feet but it was pretty slow service considering what their prices are. The beef bourguignon was flawless. Very tasty indeed.
Malheureusement nous n avons pas pu y manger puisque ces gens n acceptent pas un couple avec une poussette se qui a mon sens est honteux surtout qu' il leur restait suffisamment de place...
