my partner and I stayed in the grand hotel des bains (a large hotel in the center of the city sitting on this restaurant) with plans to go the next day to a saltwater thermal bath (the region and the city is famous for it.) they are part of the same original building, but the reappearant is under different management of the hotel that has its own restaurant in the ground floor. wittling the petit blanc is located on the ground floor of a parallel road, but sets deeper, so it feels like the bassement. the old stone structure, arched cover and walls gives this place a large cachet and atmos. it is clearly occupied here, as we had to make a reservation despite its season (although Saturday even...

Enjoyed a perfect lunch with friends who live nearby. Very traditional local menu, the type of recipes you can only find in out of the way France. Served by a wonderful and charming young French waitress. Excellent 25 Euro Fixed Price Sunday Brunch. Outside dining...with shade on a warm day. Worth the effort to get there. Only French menus, so be prepared. Recommend highly.

sat with friends and so glad that we were booked at the place was packed. the actual restaurant has a wonderful arched ceiling. the personal was incredibly efficient, pleasant and smiling, despite the fact that they don't save a second. there was a...fixed menu, but they were happy to mix and fit to meet our needs. the food was perfect. great place.

le petit blanc is a beautiful local restaurant near the center and serves good average dining in the old historical environment. we were a group of 20 who had booked in advance and everything worked perfectly.
