5 well-deserved stars!!! The PETIT GOURMAND bears his name very well! Cozy place to decorate in midway between the living room and the Parisian brewery, the hostess of the most sympathetic places is to the smallest care, as for the chef he gives each of his dishes all the flavor and seasonal products that we expect, for a faultless entry to dessert. The prices are fair. Nothing to say, Tarbes is lucky to have this table in his place.
We organized a family meal for 26 people, the 80th anniversary of Mom... Everything was perfect... from beginning to end. Le presseé de Garbure en entry... unexpected, original and very good, Le plat de Merlu was delicious, La marquise au chocolat top... A real good restaurant in Tarbes, with a great welcome... We have to go!!!
Very good fine and hearty cuisine. Pleasant frame.The boss is in the kitchen and comes to see us in the room and the lady is in service and is very reactive.They are both very pleasant.No waiting. I highly recommend.

A good address on Tarbes. Good copious dishes. A flat, however, for our demanding palaces, is good but lacks finesse. Too bad, even if it won't stop us from going back on occasion.
