Atypical restaurant, Japanese cuisine, held by an amateur and connoisseur who lived 5 years in Singapore. The owner of the place likes to advise you and tell the story of each dish, it is interesting to discover something else from Japanese cuisine, than sushi. Attention, the dishes are copied, so moderate the entrance to keep the place for a dish and perhaps a dessert. Stay randomly discovered during training. I returned ten times during the two months spent in Aix and never hesitated to make a hook by Venelles when I went south. We find the real Japanese dishes.
