this small address hidden in the alleys of sault is worth the little ride. fresh and regional products for the most part, an excellent entrance of goat ravioli and summer truffle, a plate of fresh and local products as a dish (sizettes, goat, spelts, crudities) and a verrine with fresh and delicate peach pie. We went this noon to families in the small garden. We had the chance to have lunch on the terrace on the large family table, away from the wind and the sun, in ideal conditions. The service is impeccable, the place full of charm, and the freshness is at the rendezvous on the plates.All is very fresh, the specialties to the goat and the delicious pies. It's a little bit short, which is for me a gage of freshness. The addition is reasonable, especially given the quality of the products. Everything is beautiful and good, until desserts, I recommend the pana cotta in a pot "the perfect" ... a delight !thank you for this moment !! :)
