Probably the worst service ever or certainly in a very long time. Easier to win 4th division lotto that get some attention. Anyway that said, the food is really good and the breakfast menu has lots of interesting choices. Haloumi eggs were delicious. Creamy but not rich with the saltiness of the haloumi making for a nice combination. We may have copped an off day for interested staff but I look forward to trying more of the menu and being proactive on getting a coffee and the order to the kitchen.

I 've been coming to Petit Tart on and off for a decade now. Mark and his people always make me feel welcome (and I hear the same kind treatment for everyone else in there also . I 've never had a bad coffee, a food correction or a 'where 's that thing I ordered? '. I 'd recommend an update to the treats in the window (some freshly baked local treats? Some cheaper options? but the food on the menu is excellent. All this is a warm, wooden, quiet space perfect for people with work or reading to do.

this cafe was one of the only few places that were open during easter weekend or something where every place was closed (except for dominos, so dependable). cute tables/decor and always interested in good desserts. very nice staff too~ (see my thoughts on baked beans in previous review...)

Cook who was preparing food in kitchen was hacking and coughing over the dishes the whole hour I was there. It was pretty disgusting. Cups provided were dirty, shouting in Mandarin among the owners in the kitchen ruined the atmosphere. Would not recommend, just from a health standpoint. Book a table now

The humble croissant, so simple yet it seems so hard to perfect. As with the name, this place is French so my expectations were high and I have to say they delivered. Buttery, with a hint of sweetness, and the perfect soft/crispy combination. Good coffee too.

This place was my regular haunt for quite a long while, and I still pop down there of a Sunday now and then to pick up a coffee and roll to take away

Good for a small cafe in the middle of many cafe's. We ordered coffee and ate some of their cakes, great quality. Nice atmosphere and great service. Book a table now

Wandering through Glebe, we decided to pop into Le Petit Tarte for some coffee and, of course, tarts.
