The troket has changed its name and owner, now a Franco-Moroccan couple that serves tajines, an excellent couscous merguez (among others) and some more classic dishes. Alas, the charcuterie dish forgets the great local specialty, the rillettes! Very reasonable prices, very cordial reception: we enjoyed this stage in a poorly equipped area.
