home service atmosphere deplorable , white wine over 6€ the glass of bad quality and the menu of the day flat entrance too little copied (this is the first time we leave a restaurant with still hungry!) without any flavor, the products offered do not seem fresh : a beautiful scam for a restaurant as well located in Bayeux. The boss at the caisse doesn't seem to care about the satisfaction of his local customers, tourists... which is contradictory with his answers to the critics.Know dear sir that in your restaurant you take absolutely no pleasure fortunately that on bayeux there are other establishments where he makes good return and in which one does not feel like being caught for pigeons!
lively restaurant in the centre near the cathedral. the case is larger inside than visible outside. we sat in the back between the interior walls under a heated awning and windbreak. We had to wait for a long time for the first dish, but it also filled quickly in a short time. You've got to leave the kitchen some time too, right? sufficient choice on the menu. wine choices also adequate, but personally, I found prices on the wine list above the average. with a factor divided by 4, I receive the same bottles delivered to my home in the Netherlands.
Après une petite mise en bouche d'autant plus sympa qu'elle est offerte, nous avons opté pour un menu Epicure plat et dessert fort intéressant. La sauce du bar caramel gingembre et le gratin de pommes de terre accompagnant le gigot de sept heures notamment. Autre bonne surprise, les desserts, jusqu'au café gourmand qui... Porte pas mal son nom! Serveur.se.s sympas et efficaces, même en pleine saison. Le seul petit regret est le peu de variétés des vins proposés au verre. Bref... Nous reviendrons plus nombreux !
I strongly advise this restaurant...Reception non-existent and I don't even speak about the service...Very disappointed with the dish, a bar net paid 24€ served with a rice too cooked and a quinoa not enough. quid of the freshness of the fish...In view of the rates practiced by the establishment I expected a service and a very different quality.
