we had no booking, but despite a busy evening they could still sit down. between two of us to begin: the cherry and rice pancakes, which were fluffy and hearty with a sweet cashew cream; and the sesame-marinated tofu in soy-lime yogurt, which was also delicious. for the main, the creamy rigatoni a la Provençal, with tomato, pistachios and basilikum aromen; and the smoked red pfeffer and wild basmati rice, a round in a long cut courgette, packed with roasted mais and pine nuts. for dessert, we shared the chocolate mousses, which was rich and light, with what seemed to be wafer, pecan and chocolate pieces, which spread over everything. a delicious night.
