Somehow the expectations of a campsite restaurant is not high... This is brilliant! Very efficient with excellent waiter/wait service. Staff very friendly and efficient. I watched how the young woman who took our job treated a table of about twelve... She was... excellent didn't miss a trick and felt everywhere! Good and varied menu and the guys in the kitchen need to use a good system because the place was filled. Being on a main road, just outside the city means that they get the camping trade of the Yelloh Village (where they belong) as well as past folk and own trade in the city. It also looks like a regular weekend place. And a wedding party was in full swing and they seemed very happy...
We visited for an evening meal as two families who have been staying on the Yelloh campsite. The millefeuille steak was a particular highlight succulent and perfectly cooked with an excellent bernaise sauce, served with a choice of sides. The kids loved their fish...and chips and ice cream (we went for an individual child's main and one scoop of ice cream rather than a meal deal the suprise pudding is a lolly) The food arrived quickly and the the waiting staff were friendly and attentive. The Cafe Gourmet pudding plate was a lovely finish. Two courses (both had steak) and drinks for just under €70.
This restaurant is on the edge of the Yelloh site that we were staying on. Nice setting and decor and staff friendly. Meals were ok but nothing to write home about . What was annoying that if I order a veal escalope of the menu...I expect veal not chicken. The response being we had run out. Fair enough but the waitress should have informed me of it .Went on the first night of 10 didn't return. Better places around
a team of waitress and waitresses to the top, very friendly, however, the chef imposes on people the cooking of their meat on the pretext that it is the exceptional limousine: blue or bleeding otherwise nothing: curious as political!

I don't like to put this kind of note...Let's order pizzas and fries at the snack.Pizza small in a large box, with little topping and little taste...Frites bof...30 euros for 2 pizzas and 2 fries barquettes without flavors, damage.
perfect, from beginning to end, despite some small mistakes that were quickly masked by the smile and good mood of the team, bravo! The meal was delicious, 1 memory that we are not ready to forget, thanks to the chef and his team!
We ate here a couple of times over the 2 weeks we were staying on the site. The food is good quality at a reasonable price. The deserts are excellent I recommend the Dame Blanche!
