We had dinner last weekend in this pretty restaurant, ideally located in Dijon. The restaurant room is simply superb and beautifully decorated. The service is pleasant and discreet. We opted for the menu at 39 euros (entrance, dish and dessert). It offers season dishes beautifully prepared and with quality products. I personally loved the tuna tataki. On the other hand, disappointment over dessert (Poire belle Hélène revisitée) which was not up to the rest of the menu. Finally, for wine lovers, the hotel offers a high quality wine map.
Le Pré aux Clercs was one of the few fine dining restaurants in Dijon open on a Sunday but far exceeded our expectations. All 3 courses were outstanding. My husband declared the ouefs en meurette the best he'd ever eaten, the veal was cooked to perfection (nicely pink) and the moelleux de chocolat was divine. We would highly recommend this restaurant.
Very good restaurant with a very good service of smiling and very pleasant waitress, pleasant little music, and so exceptional cuisine, it was a long time since I had not eat as well, bravo to the whole team, thank you for this moment!
