Hotel restaurant belonging to the Ministry of Defence. The accommodation is reserved for its staff, but the restaurant is open to everyone. A medieval setting of a former Priory founded at the time of the Crusades, reconstructed after the Revolution of 1789, modernized in the 1920s as a private residence and in the 2000s to welcome the public. Apparent beams, size stone walls, wrought iron luminaires, monumental staircase, French garden. A breathtaking view of the beach and the bay of the Priory, the historic city of Saint-Malo far away. Probably a good reference, but we were very disappointed by the careless behavior of the priory's official. We booked for dinner from 23 June 2020 at 7 p.m., arrived at 18 h 55 and found the gate closed. We sounded several times, but no one moved to open. We then phoned four times and left a message to the manager. At 19:15, having not seen anyone, we left. At 19:35, the manager reminded us that she had been absent and that she had completely forgotten our reservation and that we could still come; proposal denied because we went to another place. A deplorable attitude and an unacceptable lack of professionalism of the manager of the place. I'm not recommending this establishment.
The Priory of Dinard belongs to the diocese of French armies.! The setting is exceptional and idyllic, the terrace gives directly to the beach! We have been very well received, the staff is warm and with little care. The meal is really gourmet and at the height of the setting. You have to book in advance to be sure to be able to recover, there is the possibility to sleep on site! To Recommend
This stay of Ascension was only pure happiness!! What to say more ... former Priory, full of charm, located directly on the beach of Dinard ... rates more than competitive ... high-quality menus ... and friendly staff and small care for the customers ... not to mention the friendly welcome to your arrival.

After a first stay in April 2016, a second stay in September 2018 comforted me in my excellent impression. The restoration is just delicious and the staff is simply perfect and listen to the least of your wishes. I strongly recommend.
Hello A very nice place followed by a good meal but too busy by the service. The plates well presented, a pity that the service had to be carried out at such an intense pace for a meal that should have been appreciated at its height.
The site is calm, the priory is magnificent, the view of Saint-Malo, one of the most beautiful there is, is absolutely magical. The staff is particularly pleasant, welcoming and accommodating. The meals are excellent. It's perfect !

Very warm welcome and very well located, a few steps from the beach. Old building (historical monument) which is worth stopping there. The restaurant is also very good.
