visiting this pretty town, we stopped in this little restaurant that looked nice. First, the welcome. A young man got us. Hey. Not very distinguished. "Well, you just have to put yourself there"... nothing to shake... we had the impression of being shot. along the staircase, on a table with the table with the table with cigarette ashes.Good, for the rapidity of the service, top di top!We must say that we have never been served so fast! The gesiers salad was good but seemed boiled and was cold. The rabbit terrine was really not good, and for the rest it was rather refined. But really, what a shame to have such a bad service.
We ate a rustic with too salty truffles and a beef fillet with truffles without taste of truffle. the best for the end after having claimed the note several times the server allows itself to respond to our request "I quote": you are not the only customers, you have time on holiday ! and the pompon of history, this dear server allows us to criticize ourselves with the other tables !!!! customers flee this kind of establishment where the knowledge of living and the profession of customer service must seriously be seen !
I love it that the menu here hardly ever changes. I know what I 'll be having to eat even before we set off to France. That said, I always look forward to eating here and this year did not disappoint. Excellent fresh food, very reasonable priced, superb 'starter ' buffet and for this year, a new recipe meringue on the pie made it just the best. The service was excellent too.
Excellent meal at this local restaurant. I had a delicious wild boar daube. Came in a little stew pot with pasta separate. My wife had a lovely plate of ravioli. Tasty local rose by the pichet, and really good apple pie. Overall an excellent supper and all for 50€. Service was friendly and excellent. Recommended.

It's hard to find a table when you're 11 to eat and it's already 9:45.But no problem with Provencal: after refusing to work with their colleagues who apparently had worked enough for the day because there was room, the staff set us up with a smile and served us in the aftermath.
Great location and really friendly small French hotel. Great value and if you stay a Friday night they have local bands play and it is quite a revelation. Food was really good and staff look after you so well. Stayed there before ten years ago and it has aged well.
I have been eating here for 20 years now whenever l get the opportunity to pass by Aups. The €20 menu is excellent value and the food is delicious. Service is swift and everyone is friendly. A lovely courtyard setting too. All the locals eat here.

very good restaurant out of season but to avoid summer. Classic Provencal cuisine. The servers are overflowed and the service is not slow but long!
