A very rude, bitter person with no sense of business. Doesn't even take the time to check if the package is there. Always speaks very badly on the phone especially since in the end my package was there, it’s really nonsense. You should think about changing careers at this stage!!!!! Customers are not your pain points. Establishment to avoid, too bad we have to give one star, it doesn't even deserve it
Horrible experience, during my visit to the Mondial Relay point, I was unfortunately confronted with an employee who was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Her behavior towards me was unpleasant and she clearly lacked politeness and respect. I find this regrettable because it tarnished my overall experience at this Mondial Relay point.
