We had a good evening, the dishes were excellent, both traditional and revisited (e.g., vegetables and fish in the Iaioli, being particularly light and fragrant). I regret a little the fact that there was clearly a lack of staff, both servers being overwhelmed. The waiting time doesn't bother me on vacation but it was more of a disorganization due to the lack of staff (the glass of wine came in the middle of a meal because there were no clean glasses to serve it). So I hope the manager will hear our remark and congratulate the two servers that night that were pleasant and smiling despite the pressure.
We chose this restaurant because it has a reduced but elaborate card, which changes to the market, which is sign of fresh products! We were very pleasantly surprised. The service is professional and good advice.
