the food was excellent with great use of products from the auvergne. maybe a few dishes of cassis were overwhelmed, but generally really nice! highlights included the beautiful bark and the extensive cheese car (you would like to visit your own! a massive scandal that the service at the end was bad, with more than 45 minutes waiting for the bill, which then revealed that we go the recipe without paying for explanation. we felt very ignored as soon as we came to the end of the meal! for such a beautiful meal.
