We spent an excellent evening at the Refuge des Moines. We have been coming regularly to this restaurant for years and have never been disappointed. The meal was delicious, as usual, and I was delighted to see that the famous duck magret came back on the map! The boss is very kind and always good advice on the wine map. It is always a pleasure to dine in this typical Parisian bistro.
Excellent choice of wines, with the good advice of the boss to enhance our dishes. Nice surprise on desserts with aromatic scents and all light to finish the meal. Very nice evening in a pleasant setting, this restaurant is a sure value for the epicureans.
The menu of the restaurant is gourmet, so the choice has been very easy. I enjoyed the entrance and the dish that were very good and well seasoned. The wine suggested by the boss was very good. The dessert was both light and greedy. Good atmosphere.
