Had a great dinner here tonight. Four adults a teenager went out not to know what to expect, but there are not many decisions on a Sunday evening in rural France. We were certainly not disappointed. Beautiful location right on the river with lots of...Parking. The staff was very friendly. The four adults all had entrecôte they were all excellent pieces of meat, perfectly cooked. Instead of chips, we asked for grape potatoes that really went well with it. The boy had shrimps with rice, which was also really good. A selection of desserts a cheese plate later and we all went completely sat. I would like to go back id have no reservations to recommend the place
We went for our daughter’s 16th birthday celebrations. Right from the outset, the service was impeccable. We stopped by the day before to have a look. Even though they were closed, they invited us in to have a look and from that we made our...reservation. We were warmly greeted when we arrived for our meal. There were four of us and we stuck to the fixed price menus. Each had a good selection and were good value for 3 or 4 courses. It was a very warm evening and they ensured that we always had a carafe of fresh cold water. The food was lovely and we had clean plates all round! Everything was delicious!! I highly recommend this restaurant!
We have eaten in Le Rejallant many times during our years in the charente, but this was the first time under 'Kovid'Rules. Neither the service nor the food was weakened, the staff took their responsibility seriously and the always nice setting was when...to improve everything through new table spacing. The menu du jour was exceptional value given the quality of food.
Lunch with mother and cousin. Excellent meal, great views of the Charente river, very attentive staff. Around super experience.
