Absolutely no service at all! A broken shower and a spa that doesn't work! I couldn't even wash myself! When I tried to get the shower fixed, I received vague responses, and in the end, nothing was done! They didn't want to compensate me afterward, either. It's a shame because it's a nice place, but the service was terrible.
