I was a resident in the Hotes des Francs for nights, and each night ate in the restaurant. The Menu de Marche was perfectly designed for the business traveller, with courses for and for (excluding drinks). I also receved an...amuse bouche on nights. The courses were well thought out and reflective of local produce, although they relied heavily on the use of salad leaves rather than any real' vegetables apart from in the soup (untried) and the Pot-au-Feu. This was disappointing as many of the meals could have benefitted. On the first night I had the Viande Grille, Frites, sauce au poivre and salade, followed by Entremets de Litchi. Nous avons mangé dans cette établissement suite à un séjour dans l'hôtel Best Western. Repas très bon et copieux, les aliments proposés sont de qualités et frais. Beaucoup de produits proposés sont locaux. Le service et digne d'un 4 étoiles affiché. Nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner dans le même endroit. Petit déjeuner variés autant de produit sucrè que de produit salé. Buffet kontinental.
We have dined in this restaurant on more than one occasion when staying in the Best Western Hotel des Francs. The staff are always welcoming and attentive and the food is fresh, delicious and well presented. We have enjoyed a variety of menu choices and...would certainly dine there again.

very nice restaurant. correct reception and service. for a lunch on the terrace the proposed place was perfect given the places available. dessert dish (week menu) delicious but earlier quantities.
Varied menu and excellent food. Ate there two nights on the trot rather than try to find somewhere in Soissons centre itself. Well worth dining at this hotel in the Best Western Plus Hotel.
It was the simple solution to eat that night. The service was good, the dishes too, but it was quite expensive. They have good wines though, and the people serving very nice.
It is not possible to get perfect dinner at room? You should change your mind. The food was very delicious and perfect serving.
