A great place, which we happened to stumble across enroute to Lausanne. The cafe/store has a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. The store has a wide, very interesting selection of local foodstuff, especially alot of different meats and cheeses. We had cheese and ham sandviches, which I found very good value for money, as they cost about €5 for a large sandwich. The cheese and ham were both great-tasting, proper food with lots of flavour. Location: Practical, easily accessible location for a stop when passing by on the freeway. It's right by the freeway but still pretty quiet. No stairs, so would be easy for stroller/wheelchair. Has a small playground for children outside.Language...

we were on the way to the Swiss through the beautiful opposite of jura and came over this place on the RN57 near la vrine. the address we have here is wrong. it is la vrine 25520 goux les usiers between besancon (50km) and pontarlier (9km) on the street lausanne. it looks very new and invites with a lot of parking. it belongs to the cheese making family called piousry napiot. the caffe is located in a large area (see website) with many regional products for sale, there are many cheeses with an enormous guillotine look on the cut. wee, meat, honey, cake, kitchen utensils, all kinds of interesting items. the petite restoration consists of a window in the kitchen and a small menu and a few tabl...

I found excellent eating there, be absolutely tasty and a wide bundle of savors, all excellent and taste when we want! but too much is too much, so they know what they want! I ate an assiete mix that is one of the best. I can remember until now (but I am getting old. on the other side, the device is very bad, even if the staff is very friendly and willing to help them. I order the stop. anyway with saussice de tau beyond all my expectations Book a table now

I stopped here three times, the first one by coincidence and the other two not like that. the small café area is well occupied and managed and eating was delightful, as if the very excellent cheese, wee and sausage shop fit. the products are local and I recommend a visit if they are near pontarlier.
