"Wonderful restaurant with great views of the Med. It is really right on the cliffs above the water so for seaside dining it doesn't get any better. My food was great but my companions complained that they forgot bread with the foie gras and as usual in a French restaurant the beef was not very tender. But all in all a lovely evening under the stars. PS very good for older kids as well as they can run and play on the nearby beach"

The location is lovely..the vibe when you enter is low key Saint Tropez...and the view out to sea and the islands of Lerins is lovely...I unfortunately had a view of the coastal road with the occasional train passing by...but I know this neck of the woods well so no problem. The problem on the other hand was the non existent service: the waitress couldn't crack a smile, she couldn't bring the drinks apparently either as we sat waiting for our cocktails and bottle of wine. After having asked several times and only when our entrees were served did out host get up and have a word with the staff. Apparently several waiters were a no show and one was sacked...." Not my circus, not my monkeys".......

Regular visitors to the cote d'azur, we come here every year for dinner, just the once as it's not cheap. The view is magnificent and the service and food usually excellent. It appears to be under new management as we noticed some slight differences in style from previous years and disappointingly they have taken the fish soup off the menu - one of my previous favourites.Luckily the full rack of ribs is still excellent, moist, sticky and served with enough sauce to dip all the chips. But really - how can one wet wipe be enough ? I come here especially for the ribs and I am yet to be upset. This time we sat at the edge of the terrace next to the beach - of all the views it's probably the least...

This was our fourth visit and, as always, the ambiance --- overlooking the bay as night slowly began to fall -- was wonderful. Is there anything more calming and restorative than a quiet sea, a sky turning from blue to red and pink and then dark? Service was attentive, speedy and the servers were charming and responsive to our every request. The only problem was the kitchen. Some of the dishes were very good -- as we remembered from past visits. Others were problematic: overcooked shrimp, undercooked salmon, bland sauce on pasta. Every kitchen can have an off day so we will definitely return, since past experience tells us this was just an aberration.

This was our first time here, the restaurant is beautifully situated, overlooking the sea. It was already bustling with diners so make sure to book during the summer months. This place is great for their seafood, i recommend the big prawns and the seabass. Good portion sizes, great service. And for the more romantic, there is a beautiful private table you can reserve, and it really feels like you are in the ocean having your dinner!
