My wife and I stayed at Chalet Philibert on a brief visit to Morzine around 10 years ago and remembered it as a nice, rather relaxed chalet hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to hear last year that the restaurant had been reinvented as an haute cuisine establishment. I have visited twice now, on each occasion with friends on our boys weekend, most recently at the end of February 2014, and, to summarise, we have had a really super evening on both occasions.
