I've lived in biarritz, I've known this restaurant for years. He's one of my favorites. his main asset to me is his cook. a real chef who has imagination and who can combine flavors. He often takes us to surprising worlds. lately, it was his fat faith that seduces me and tonight I was able to taste the brewery card that made me want for a while, the gentleman crunches with a super ham and a powerful sheep cheese: wonderful. the entrance was incredible, holy jacques with a small frying with a bite and a small sauce that binds it all. The room is always quiet. The service can be long.
