There is a pizzeria 200 metres away, tells us the concierge of the ibis hotel in Dijon-Saint appolinaire. Given the lack of competition in the corner, we're going a bit by bit. What a good surprise!!!. yes there are handmade pizzas, but also pasta, burgers, salads ... all homemade and ... served with kindness and sympathy to underline. a step towards the south of the france I noted in gold letters in my contacts.
excellent, from the welcome to the friendliness of the staff and the boss, on the dish, I sincerely ate in this restaurant the best pizza I have ever eaten. a pure delight, well provided and wonderfully well cooked. Disappointed after several orders, including a refusal because more fries, burgers are soft, meat too cooked, carbonara pasta insipide. The pizzas are industrially good....... desserts .. hummm the tiramisu that to say between the white cheese at the coffee er nothing see the photo.Very disappointed because the welcome is nevertheless nice when you go.
pizza is good but regularity in the taste, texture and thickness of the dough is not all the time (we often command). their burgers are also very correct. Be careful with salads, though good, if you take them away they drown in oil. can be seen to put the sauce next door. we return regularly and we are not disappointed Book a table now
trusting us to say people of the raw, we went to eat a pizza; paste too cooked. The tomato sauce was somewhat absent in short, but we had to say that we come from a region where this dish is an institution!
Left quite frustrated! We waited a long time for everything! Especially the main at lest 40mins this is crazy for not a famous restaurant etc.
