I loved, immediately arrived the order of the aperitif was taken. And for the meal, the time to finish the order the dishes were there. Quick, hearty, excellent and perfect desserts. Prices are really low compared to quality and service. Of course, it's a very good address to remember. Ps: it is best to book, it is proof of the reputation of the establishment.

An excellent address! To discover absolutely if you come to the center of Alès. This is the type of traditional restaurant that is harder and harder to find. In a formal but comfortable setting, one is warmly received and served well prepared dishes by a professional staff that it not even remotely stuffy.
