I've had dinner last night. It was magical. a salmon to fall on the ground. I was sceptical when I saw him coming. He seemed half cooked. but not at all. He was simply divine. A real treat. accompanied by a small peas emulsion. And the strawberry cowrin!! actually it's simple. It was so delicious that I thought about it again this morning when I got up.
