A little lunar. We arrived around 7:30 and the door was closed. Owner called...on holiday...his replacement...injoignable...bref c is the maid who lives 50m who opened us. Very nice to stay. Arrived at the inside our room was already taken... but we crossed the occupants in the hallway who had not specially chosen this room but had known the same misadventure that we had been overclassed for inconvenience except that we needed this room because it was the only triple room of the hotel with heating that worked and was the one that we had booked on booking...We were able to arrange with them...
Restaurant Le Rouffiac in Carlux: Beautiful fireplace in the dining room and local cuisine. We were 5 and each took the festive menu. Apart from the Périgourdin hole arrived too late, the soup, the very copied entries, the dishes ,magrets ,confits , veal roasts,salardian apples all was succulent Not to mention the excellent cheeses, desserts, wine and digestive home. Fantastic and helpful staff. We had a great time
Very nice home, quality ratio price nothing to say. Copious, succulent. Everything done with local products. Table I recommend, do not hesitate. To finish a digestive walk on the heights to admire the realization of the owner who is the restorer of a village in dry stones.

Real rustic French cuisine, decor hasn't changed for years. Comfortable airy recovery. A bar and an outdoor terrace showing the street.
Can't give an opinion on the rooms. No accommodation just from the catering. In any case, a typical perigord address to be recommended.
