We stopped expressly in this restaurant because it was named in Michelin's biscuits. Moreover this restaurant offers a gourmet bib menu with plat-dessert or another menu with 4 or 5 dishes but nothing à la carte. It's not a review, but it's better to check that the menu suits you before making a reservation. I think the restaurant had a problem with its sewers the evening we arrived because a nausea odor scented the restaurant which doesn't really put in appetite. We have taken two glasses of wines in aperitif and I have rarely seen so little generous glasses, we did not even arrive at 1dl. For a 10-euro glass it hurts the bid. We chose the gourmet bib menu and this one proved disappointing....
We were globally disappointed. I took the formula (4 beef/ fennel dishes). In my opinion, meat and fennel have undergone an industrial denaturation which gave me the impression in the mouth of eating highly chemically processed foods, lack of flavor in the fennel (too soft, not tender, astonishing for me who often cooks it), absence of fiber in the beef, meat too soft, not tender. Bad choice of cooking and/or products for a gourmet restaurant. My companion took the menu (4 fish dishes/asperges) even critical. Very good time spent at the restaurant, we had the menu 5 dishes and wine. The wines were perfectly matched to the dishes and the dishes were excellent. However, it should be noted that it is not for veggies (meat or fish in each dishes) The service was impeccable. Small flat : smell of sewers in the toilet but it's no less a great experience that I warmly recommend

Hello, Having known the establishment before, you feel a little disappointment. Change of standing certainly, impeccable music and service but in the plate, it was unfortunately not at the height of the frame and note.
Well good but can still improve, the missing kitchen of pep’s. The tip pot on the counter is of the worst taste ... damage the rest of the restaurant is clean and pleasant.
