For my father an andouillette that he asked well grilled, for me a piece of beef gorgonzola after drowning me in the melon gaspacho accompanied by morbier and ham. The dishes are well thought out and worked. We just regret a little lack of seasoning, but it's not rehibitory and we have pepper and salt available to rectify.
