We had the opportunity to eat here on the second day of our hike from Oloron Saint Marie to St. Jean Pied-de-Port. The setting is ideal...small town, views of the old church, shady terrace. But the food was probably the best meal we had on our entire trip. The service was outstanding and we felt like they were there just for us. You simply should not miss this restaurant.
Summer time this restaurant has the very best shady terrace. Winter time the inside is comfortable. Service is very friendly and good which is a big bonus in France. The foos was hearty traditional meals and good sized portions. There is a free Carbure Starter which is an old fashioned farm house soup.
Hello, we were told about this restaurant the saint blaise, we were not disappointed, excellent at any point of frame, reception, service, meals, everything was perfect bravo at the cook. , we will return for sure ps a special mention for the server
Ate here yesterday, chose the Gourmet Menu at 32 euros, the meal was disgusting. Covered in grease, it appeared nothing was homemade. Would not recommend.
