Le Saint Honoré is a bakery that needs no introduction. Normally going there a few times on Sundays, I noticed yesterday with desolation that the size of the pastries had shrunk. I understand that prices are increasing and margins are falling, but will reducing croissants by a third make up for your shortfall? As a consumer, having to consume smaller pastries while paying the same price (which is clearly in the high range of prices applied in the Canton) is simply inconceivable. We are dealing with the famous principle of crevard, a principle which consists of making the consumer bear the loss of profit entirely, while hoping that the latter accepts it without flinching.
