I had many almond croissants and pain Au Chocolat, but their were exceptional. Inside Gooey with plenty of filling, outside crispy/kritz decorated with nuts and powder sugar or chocolate. Nothing like the small, hard, tasteless piece of chocolate you usually find in most... other pain Au Chocolat or Croissants. The Macarons glaciers are also worth a try. Very good and refreshing! Later I also had a little strawberry and apricots, amazingly good. I don't know about the hearty food, I've never done it so far; the fruit cakes also look good and the Coeaur de paris (prussia are also great.
We consumed and enjoyed (late snack): • Fresh squeezed orange, carrot, ginger fruit juice • Bagnat bread with tuna • Cookies • Trio of speculoos, caramel and chocolate spreads (not consumed on site) Very good welcome and service. Smiling staff. Very little wait to order and be served even though it was quite busy. However, and this is what I appreciated, it was not particularly noisy. I could chat with my friend without any worries. The decoration is nice and rather warm. In short, I loved it!
I have not had the pleasure of eating here in a few years, but it was by far the best stop I made while in Europe! The coffee and pastries are excellent and the customer service is always wonderful! Don’t hesitate to come by here while in Geneva! I promise you won’t regret it!
That's a great find. The coffee and the cakes here are fantastic as the atmosphere. It is also a good place to stay and observe people. I visited Geneva twice during my week stay. It is worth the detour....Service is personal and friendly.
