I'm still looking for my words ) flat : poor dried marcassin too cooked ( only a little positive, because local and cooked with wood fire ) but where has passed the tenderness ? accompanied by tasty flageolets out freshly of the box and quickly cooled.Château : correctfinal : fruit pie ( pears or apples) industrial with cardiac pate m'esté
the setting is very pleasant a little disappointed by the meal including the salted and sweet pies that were too cooked, on the other hand the meat was very good but just in quantity like the beans of elsewhere! and for the coffee I would have preferred an expresso rather than coffee coffee maker!
